Hello everyone. Oak here again.

As you all know, the world is at somewhat of a turning point. I will try to keep it short and simple, even though the problems the world is facing are anything but that.

Some of you may or may not know this, but Death and Taxes tries to steer clear of straight up political discussions and delve more into the philosophy or morality and mortality. Yet, somehow the world is again at the point where ordinary citizens and leaders alike are forgetting their own morality. In societies that strongly market themselves as free and equal, there is still obvious and abhorrent discrimination. We don't stand for that. We stand for true freedom and equality, and not lip service. We don't have that much clout as artists, or game developers, for that matter, but the least we can do is try and support a cause to end hate and work towards actual, fair, peace.

This is why we decided to put Death and Taxes forward to the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality. There are a lot of games, from a wide range of creators of various backgrounds, ethnicities and life stories. Donate if you can, because this is a cause worth giving for. And not just this once. This cause needs to exist and keep on existing until we stop the hatred seeping into our hearts.

This post was going to be about us releasing our soundtrack, but I figured there are more important things to tackle right now. In any case, for any of you who do own Death and Taxes or plan on doing so at a later date: it's right there for your listening pleasure.
